Lascar is a Chilean atmospheric black metal band created in 2014 by Gabriel Hugo. The first album “Absence” was an underground hit with the single "Atlas" which was released by the Italian record label ATMF, as the following records "Saudade", "Wildlife" and the 2020 release "Distant Imaginary Oceans".
 
From the beginning, the intention has been to express an apocalyptic vision of the ecological reality of the planet, proposing the path that we will face in the coming years as a result of our current lifestyle, always trying to link the science and the individual spiritual point of view.
